NanoOpto’s Technology
NanoOpto has extensive expertise in nanoscale patterning, wafer fabrication & processing, and advanced thin film deposition, including large scale ALD. These capabilities allow us to provide unique high performance devices with wafer-scale manufacturability for electronics, medical, defense, scientific equipment and optics industries.
NanoOpto operates in a 36,000 sq. ft. facility in Somerset, NJ and runs a cleanroom with the capabilities for photolithography and laser holography, plasma & RIE etching, wetetching, thin film deposition, electron microscopy, optical characterization, atomic force microscopy (AFM), dicing & packaging and more.
